Job summary

DAP is seeking Warehouse Technicians at our Baltimore Distribution Center to support order picking and inventory control. The role requires safe operation of RF devices, walkie-rider and pallet jack, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will contribute to efficient dispatch and quality checks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Starting pay is $18.74 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a large RPM International family.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to safely operate a walkie-rider and pallet jack after training.
• Ability to operate RF scanner.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read information from the Manhattan system using RF scanner to pull cases from bins.
• Build pallets per DAP standards including layout, labeling and wrapping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through RF devices and record discrepancies.
• Support safety and housekeeping; follow DC policies.
• Assist with cycle counts and other warehousing duties.
