Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution center. You will use RF/RFI guns to verify inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment, while maintaining safe, organized work areas.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Dexters offers training, forklift certification, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and RF scanning.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Maintain records in warehouse management systems and operate warehouse equipment safely.
