Job summary

DAP is hiring Warehouse Technicians at the Baltimore Distribution Center to support efficient order picking, counting and housekeeping while upholding safety standards.

The role uses RF scanning, pallet building to DAP standards, and inventory control measures. It requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely operate a walkie-rider after training.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack after training.
• Proficient use of RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read information from the Manhattan system to pull cases from designated bin locations.
• Build pallets per DAP standards including layout, labeling, wrapping and loading.
• Assist in inventory accuracy via RF devices, counts, and reporting discrepancies and damaged product.
• Support physical inventories and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Follow DC safety rules and maintain general housekeeping across duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by business needs.
