Job summary

DAP is hiring Warehouse Technicians for our Baltimore Distribution Center. The role supports efficient operation through accurate order pulling, audits, and housekeeping, with start pay at $18.74/hour.

You will use RF scanners, operate a walkie-rider and pallet jack, and contribute to safe, compliant warehousing practices. Qualified candidates will have prior warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for the shift, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Read information from Manhattan system using RF scanner to pull cases of finished goods.
• Build pallets according to DAP standards (layout, labeling, wrapping, loading).
• Maintain inventory accuracy via RF devices, counts, and reporting discrepancies.
