Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate inventory and quality control.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and operating RF scanners and basic computer systems. Applicants should be available Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work, and be comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with assists.
Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
Operate RF scanning equipment and basic computer use.
Work M-F with occasional weekends as needed.
Maintain accuracy in receiving, picking, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound shipments; unload, count, and verify against manifest.
Pick orders and transport to shipping locations.
Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free; report variances.
Maintain inventory records and rotate stock.
Support safety, housekeeping, and security standards.
Meet productivity KPIs and assist leadership with other duties.
