The Role: Warehouse Technician

Who You Are:

You will have experience shipping, receiving, and recording the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment, and stock to and from the warehouse. You will also be comfortable managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring packages and orders are correctly shipped and delivered.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and package products for shipment according to company and customer requirements.
  • Accurately label and document all outgoing shipments.
  • Receive incoming deliveries and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment.
  • Organize and restock shelves and storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.
  • Select appropriate materials (boxes, padding, wrapping) to protect items during transit.
  • Assemble packages, pallets, and shipping containers as needed.
  • Inspect packaged goods to ensure quality and accuracy before shipping.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other Field Support duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a shipping or warehouse position.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
