CELL PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN - Van Remote

POSITION DETAILS:

This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices in-store, as well as traveling to customer locations for on-site repairs. Repairs are scheduled from Monday to Sunday, 7AM-9PM. A company vehicle will be provided.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Travel safely to customer sites within scheduled times.
2. Update customers on job status.
3. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
4. Recommend solutions and explain technical issues simply.
5. Provide repair estimates.
6. Ensure repairs meet quality standards.
7. Greet customers professionally and maintain a positive environment.
8. Answer calls courteously.
9. Deliver excellent customer service.
10. Manage devices and inventory securely.
11. Use the point of sale system accurately.
12. Keep the repair van clean and professional.
