Job summary

Do it Best Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our Woodburn, OR distribution center. This role supports order filling, shipping, receiving and stock maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will receive training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks, with opportunities for wage growth based on performance. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating powered equipment in a distribution center or warehouse.
• Ability to pass company safety training for forklifts, tuggers and pallet jacks.
• Willingness to work full-time, day shift and adapt to training.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders, ship merchandise and receive stock in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate forklifts, tuggers and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized, clean and safe work areas and report issues promptly.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $26.92/hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $20.50 - $24.75 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.77 to $2.17 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety
• Generous paid time off available at 60 days
