Job summary

Do it Best in Mesquite, NV is hiring for full-time, long-term roles in our distribution center. Earn hourly pay with regular increases, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and a yearly bonus.

Opportunities include order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers. Training is provided to safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks, with growth potential across logistics and product fulfillment

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 40-45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift 80-100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift and carry.
• Assist in team lifts and safe equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders, ship, receive and stock products.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after training.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in daily duties.

Job description

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Mesquite, NV distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, annual bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $26.54 /hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50 – $24.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69 – $2.14 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety
• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
