Job summary

Do it Best Group in Lexington, SC is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our distribution center team on a full-time basis. You’ll work a day shift with weekly pay, enjoy healthcare, quarterly bonus opportunities, and retirement contributions as you grow your logistics and fulfillment skills.

We provide training to safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks and offer career advancement opportunities, PTO after 60 days, and a supportive, safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Lift repeatedly 40–45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80–100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Operate power equipment after training and certification

Responsibilities

• Perform order filling, shipping, receiving, and stocking in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Develop skills across logistics and product fulfillment roles
• Participate in training and certification for powered equipment

Description:

We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles.

We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers.

We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $25.01 /hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50 - $23.00 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69 - $2.01 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours

• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders

Preferred:

• Forklift or High Reach experience
