Do it Best Group in Milbank, SD is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support our distribution center operations. This full-time, day-shift role offers weekly pay and a pathway to grow your logistics and fulfillment skills through training and certification for powered equipment.

You will lift items 40–45 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, stand and move throughout shifts, and contribute to a safe, drug-free work environment.

Warehouse Team Member

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $24.20/hr with quarterly performance bonus- Entry to role range between $18-22.25/hr
• Opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses
• Regular weekday hours

• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
