Job summary

Do it Best Group in Medina, OH is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our Medina distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (Mon–Fri), healthcare, annual bonus, retirement contributions, and opportunities to grow within logistics and fulfillment.

You will train to operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks, with a strong focus on safety in a drug-free environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift items 40–45 lbs.
• Occasional lift of 80–100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in operating powered equipment after training (forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks).
• Support safety and quality initiatives in daily tasks.

Warehouse Team Member

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Medina, OH distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, annual bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $23.50 /hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50-$22.29 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69-$2.06 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
