Job summary

Do it Best Group in Dixon, IL is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our distribution center. This full-time, day-shift role involves picking, packing, loading, and operating powered equipment after training.

Weekly pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth come with this position. Qualified candidates should be comfortable lifting 40-45 lbs repeatedly, with occasional 80-100 lbs, standing and walking for long periods, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must be able to repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop.
• Training and certification to safely operate powered equipment (forklifts, tuggers, powered pallet jacks) will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support in warehouse operations within the Dixon, IL distribution center.

Warehouse Team Member

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $25.45 /hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.55-$23.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.70 - $2.05 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours

• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
