Job summary

Do it Best is hiring for General Warehouse roles in Medina, OH. We have part-time and full-time positions with weekly pay, day shift, healthcare, annual bonus, and retirement contributions.

Training is provided to operate forklifts, tuggers, and power pallet jacks, with opportunities to grow across order filling, shipping, receiving, and stocking. You'll join a safety-focused team in a busy distribution center, performing lifting and material handling tasks while advancing your skills and career

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40-45 lbs repeatedly
• Occasional lifts up to 80-100 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders

Responsibilities

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Medina, OH distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, annual bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $23.50 /hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50-$22.29 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69-$2.06 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
