• Sets up regular briefings to monitor activity and objectives.
• Promotes process improvement and supports internal innovation programs.
• Maintains regular customer communication and coordinates specific requirements.
• Manages health and safety compliance and audits within unit.
• Provides KPI reporting and coordinates corrective actions with management.
