Job summary

Freight Breakers is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution center operations in Ocala, Florida. This role drives high-performing teams, oversees safety, quality, and KPI achievement, and partners with leadership to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach supervisors, manage labor, and build strong customer relations while driving continuous improvement across site functions. Prior 3PL and multi-shift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Previous experience managing multi-shift operations; multi-site management experience a plus; 3PL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations, including customer relations, labor management, quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and managers while fostering associate engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal leadership teams.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and operational performance.
• Monitor and achieve customer KPIs across all functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with all company and customer policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
