Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehousing teams on-site in Ocala, FL. The role focuses on safety, process improvement, and staff coaching to meet daily targets and quality standards.

You will supervise tasks, monitor results, and report to senior management, while coordinating vacations, payroll, and timekeeping for associates and temporary workers. A strong candidate will have 2+ years in supervisory warehousing and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college encouraged.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for verification of shipments and disposition of materials.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction and coordinate attendance/absentee records.
• Maintain GMP for food grade warehouse and supervise associates.
• Oversee vacations, payroll, and timesheets for staff and temporary workers.
