Job summary

Freight Breakers in Ocala, FL is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and distribution center activities. You will oversee operations, coach supervisors, and drive safety, quality, and KPI performance to meet customer expectations.

In this role you will partner with customers and internal leadership to implement continuous improvements, manage labor across multi-shift operations, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering strong results from a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced warehouse/distribution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Flexible schedule to support operational needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience managing multi-shift operations preferred.
• Multi-site management experience is a plus.
• 3PL experience is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations, including customer relations, labor management, quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and managers while fostering associate engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal leadership teams.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and operational performance.
• Monitor and achieve customer KPIs across all functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with all company and customer policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
