Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for products, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for shipments, handling, and inventory control.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork through effective listening and communication.
• Maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitor daily safety compliance.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Provide coaching and training to associates.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets.
• Oversee associates and GMP adherence for food-grade warehouse.
