Saddle Creek Logistics Services in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee the handling of customer products, including loading and unloading and to assign work to warehouse staff. The role emphasizes safety compliance, timely reporting, and high-quality customer service.

You will lead a team, coordinate tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure adherence to all safety policies while supporting overall operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise their work.
• Oversee loading, unloading, outbound staging and labeling of freight.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions with maintenance.
• Advise associates on care and preservation of product and equipment use.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through assisting associates in warehouse functions.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
