Job summary

McLane Foodservice in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Foodservice Distribution Team Leader to drive warehouse productivity and coordinate daily operations on the floor.

You will supervise staff, ensure accuracy of picking and packing, and protect safety while meeting customer deadlines. The role offers a collaborative team environment with benefits starting after 60 days, and a Sunday–Thursday schedule with hours that vary as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience; operation of power equipment (reach truck, pallet jack, forklift).
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack products using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
