You will direct and motivate teammates, communicate division information, enforce safety standards, manage schedules, and maintain paperwork while supporting operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of distribution warehouse experience.
• Experience leading large teams and resolving employee issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities
