Job summary

McLane is seeking a Team Leader to drive warehouse productivity and efficiency as a direct floor leader. You will verify product details, coordinate labor, and manage order packaging and labeling to ensure accurate, timely delivery across our distribution network.

The role requires supervisory experience, at least 1 year in a distribution warehouse, and basic computer skills; English literacy is essential for safety and operations. Entry level to mid-career welcome with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write/understand English for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacations, sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
