McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Team Leader to oversee warehouse productivity as a direct floor leader. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and team coordination on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience.
• Operates reach truck, pallet jack and forklift.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
