McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to help drive warehouse productivity and efficiency as a direct floor leader. The role offers an hourly pay of $25.50 with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM and comprehensive benefits after a short waiting period.

You will verify product quantities, pull and sort items, and coordinate labor while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacations, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties and may include special projects.
