Scope

Role – Lead, develop, and mentor a warehouse team to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in receiving, material handling, and shipping operations.
• Live the LINAK core and leadership values.
• Understand and manage processes within the LINAK Production System related to warehouse functions.
• Plan workforce needs weekly and daily, deploying team members based on area requirements.
• Train, develop, and mentor team members, utilizing industry standards and fostering engagement with LINAK values.
• Define team goals, identify gaps, develop improvement plans, and communicate results.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee retention targets are met.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, WMS, KANBAN systems.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher education.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to operate standard material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Background check, skills assessment, and education verification required.
