Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Rehabilitation Center, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee safe, efficient processing of donated goods and to drive daily workflow in the warehouse. You will train new team members, enforce quality controls, and coordinate loading, unloading, and dock operations while maintaining production and safety goals. A forklift certification and baler experience are preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Prior warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift and baler training provided.
• Must be able to pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up daily work areas including trash disposal, balers, and trailer placement.
• Assign employees to stations and manage dock operations.
• Provide training to new staff in loading/unloading of donated goods.
• Perform daily quality checks on received items and tagging.
• Complete production sheets or reports for the supervisor.
• Back up other warehouse leads as needed.
• Overtime on nights or weekends as required.
