Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Team Leader, Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring efficient, compliant, and safe activities. You will lead a team, coordinate inventory processes, and mentor staff to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include training, quality control, SAP/ERP-related tasks, and cross‑functional collaboration with supervision. Strong leadership and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of inventory management experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related field.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities; capable of mentoring and coaching.
• OSHA 10 certification within 90 days; Train the Trainer certification within 90 days; equipment operation certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Train staff on procedures and safety; onboard new employees.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for growth and career advancement.
• Manage inventory receiving, storing, and distributing per policies; ensure accurate records.
• Ensure GMP, FDA regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Operate PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and plan daily work assignments.
