Job summary

You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor to plan, train, and monitor performance, inventory control, and safety compliance. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, coordinating tasks, conducting meetings, and ensuring accurate SAP transactions while maintaining GMP and FDA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in inventory management.
• Experience in stockroom operations and QA checks.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and performance expectations.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees on procedures and safety.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to implement strategies and targets.
• Plan daily work assignments and optimize resource allocation.
• Support inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Monitor quality of incoming/outgoing products and ensure GMP compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of team performance and inventory levels.
• Generate reports on warehouse activities and training progress.
• Operate all PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
