Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing stockroom operations, conducting quality assurance checks, and maintaining inventory records.
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development opportunities for team members.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring understanding of procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to implement strategies and meet targets.
• Assist in planning daily work assignments for optimal resource use.
• Support inventory management activities including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Monitor quality of incoming/outgoing products and ensure compliance with standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to minimize errors.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies and correct actions.
• Perform SAP transactions to update inventory records and generate reports.
• Train staff on SAP transactions to maintain accurate levels.
• Contribute to zero harm in the workplace by following EHS policies.
