Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States seeks a Team Leader, Warehouse to coordinate daily warehouse operations, mentor staff, and drive performance to meet targets.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, ensure safety, and maintain accurate inventory records while applying GMP and FDA standards. This role requires at least 5 years in inventory management, OSHA 10, and trainer certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in medical device or healthcare.
• Experience in stockroom operations, quality assurance checks, and maintaining inventory records.
• OSHA 10 required within first 90 days.
• Certified Train the Trainer in stockroom procedures and safety protocols required within first 90 days.
• Certification to train and operate all Class I–III equipment in department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and performance expectations.
• Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities including cross-training.
• Onboard and train new employees on procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to implement strategies and meet targets.
• Assist in planning daily work assignments and optimize resource allocation.
• Support inventory management activities including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Monitor product quality and enforce GMP and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of team performance and inventory levels.
• Generate management reports on productivity, safety, and training progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce waste.
