Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in inventory management, preferably in medical device or healthcare.
• Experience managing stockroom operations, quality checks, and inventory records.
• OSHA 10 within 90 days, Train the Trainer in stockroom procedures within 90 days, and certification to train and operate Class I–III equipment within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development opportunities for team members, including cross-training and skill enhancement.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring understanding of procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to implement operational strategies and achieve targets.
• Assist in planning daily work assignments and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Support inventory management activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Monitor product quality, ensuring compliance with standards; enforce quality control procedures.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, audits, and record-keeping; address discrepancies.
• Perform SAP transactions to update inventory records and generate reports; train staff on SAP.
• Contribute to zero harm by complying with EHS requirements and reporting hazards/incidents promptly.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance; maintain accurate performance/inventory records.
• Generate management reports on warehouse activities, productivity, safety, and training progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement; mentor staff.
