Job summary

Kenco is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Arizona to coach and train warehouse staff while handling core tasks. You will back up the supervisor and support various departments, including shipping, receiving, inventory and material handling, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in warehouse operations and a forklift license, with 6 months supervisory experience. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a forklift operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct observations of performance and maintenance and report findings.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Complete shipping/tracking paperwork per SOP and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory and cycle count activities and report variances.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure SQFI, FDA, and customer readiness.
• Serve as backup to supervisor and other warehouse roles as needed.
• Other duties per department as assigned.
