Job summary

Kenco Logistics Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Arizona to coach and train teammates while handling daily tasks. The Lead may cover shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, and material handling, providing backup to supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities include training forklift operators, conducting PIT certifications, performing safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; background check and drug screen may be required.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience with at least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates to complete daily tasks.
• Perform shipping/receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Lead by example, conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with DOT/IATA/IMDG where applicable.
• Back up supervisor and assist in department-specific duties as required.
• Review daily production and inventory reports and report variances.
