Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Receiving Team Lead to guide daily warehouse operations in Brownsburg, IN. You will train team members, monitor safety, and coordinate workflow while ensuring accurate product records in the PkMS system.

The role involves operating powered equipment, meeting production targets, and reporting performance and issues to the Supervisor. Prior warehouse leadership and a high school diploma are required, with safety certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and training abilities to guide warehouse staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to share updates with supervisors.
• Proven reliability with good attendance and ability to follow safety policies.
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train team members to meet production, quality, and service goals.
• Monitor safety compliance and housekeeping standards.
• Keep Supervisor informed of performance, training needs, and issues.
• Perform production tasks when needed at established rates.
• Operate powered equipment to move, stage, or ship product as required.
• Maintain accurate records of product movement using the PkMS system.
