Job summary

BDA Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Plainfield, IN to oversee a fast-paced fulfillment operation. You will guide the team responsible for picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in high-SKU fulfillment, strong team-building skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems and RF devices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in fulfillment of high SKU counts using ERP WMS with RF.
• Motivate a team of associates to continuously improve results.
• Clear communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of order processing, shipment quality control and material movement in SKU-intensive fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to keep a high-performance team focused on safety and efficiency.
• Ensure BDA processes are understood and followed by all team members.
• Maintain high performance expectations and coach staff to meet goals.
• Provide training resources and coordinate with materials and logistics staff.
• Identify and share ideas to streamline fulfillment processes.
• Support a safe work environment for all associates.
