Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities to ensure full and efficient operation of the assigned area.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe.
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment.
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program.
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped.
• Follow health and safety policies in line with company and OSHA regulations.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends.
