Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Lead to guide and train warehouse staff, ensuring production, quality, and service goals are met. The role involves maintaining accurate PKMS records, operating powered equipment, and coordinating workflow under supervision.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, reliable attendance, and robust safety practices while communicating performance updates to the Supervisor and helping with training and development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of product movement and tasks in the PKMS system.
• Operate powered equipment as required for receiving, staging, or shipping.
• Report performance and training needs to Supervisor; support workflow coordination.
