Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for our Hanahan, SC facility. You will oversee the warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory, and drive safe, efficient daily operations. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on process improvement.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and uphold company policies while maintaining exceptional customer service. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain proper work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues; maintain accurate records.
