GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for 1st shift (4:30 AM – 1:00 PM) in Hanahan, SC. You will oversee staff, improve processes, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes to maintain correct inventory and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to staff.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; support performance improvement.
• Use the warehouse management system and keep documents up to date.
• Promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce safety policies and compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain 7S and a clean work environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
