Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Moncks Corner, SC. You will oversee a warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory control, and manage daily operations to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year of SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A supervisory background and flexibility for overtime are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, which may include weekends.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Use the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate various equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment under the 7S program.
