Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain proper work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools.
• Provide support and back-up to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean work environment per the 7S program.
