Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for Moncks Corner. This role oversees the warehousing team, ensures accurate inventory and on-time order fulfillment, and coaches staff to improve performance. 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications include at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. Lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; address performance issues.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain necessary documentation.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and support warehouse management.
