Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct daily warehouse activities, oversee the assigned team, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.

You will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. With at least 2 years in warehousing and SAP/WMS experience, you will coach staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain proper work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
