GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in the United States (Georgia). The role oversees the warehouse team, ensures inventory accuracy, and drives on-time order completion while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will coach staff, utilize WMS and SAP, and monitor adherence to policies. Candidates should have 2+ years in warehousing, SAP experience, and supervisory capabilities; a flexible schedule is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; recommend performance improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment following the 7S program.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
