Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Lead for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) to oversee a warehouse team and ensure efficient operations. You will manage workload, train staff, and enforce safety procedures while leveraging SAP and WMS tools to maintain accuracy and performance.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, SAP familiarity, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate various equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse.
