Job summary

Suddath is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, guide a crew, and ensure safety and accuracy in handling goods. The role requires hands-on leadership, training delivery, and effective communication with the Warehouse Manager on priorities and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate in logistics or related field and experience with warehouse software, MS Office, and move management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: certificate from college or technical school in related field.
• Experience in supervising warehouse operations and safety practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activity of the warehouse crew.
• Itemn to ensure safety policies are followed and tasks are completed.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on work priorities and training needs.
• Provide real-time training and document work progress.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records.
• Ensure equipment is used by trained personnel and documented.
