Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; 3+ years in warehouse/distribution operations.
• Experience leading frontline operations staff in a high-volume warehouse setting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), labor tracking, and operational performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience with safety compliance, operational planning, and employee performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations ensuring safe, efficient execution of shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Provide coaching and accountability for operations staff and real-time decision making.
• Monitor productivity, labor usage, quality, and service levels; drive improvements.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
