Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Provide leadership and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and collaboration across departments.
• Coordinate resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency; ensure regulatory and safety policies are followed.
• Develop and implement employee development plans; conduct orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching.
