Job summary

UPS is seeking a permanent Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and accuracy. The role leads a functional organization and ensures compliant operations across departments.

The candidate will foster a teamwork-driven environment, implement development plans, and uphold OSHA standards while coordinating with multiple levels of personnel.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalence – Preferred; Management experience – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implement employee development plans and provide coaching for ongoing growth.
